UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a versatile Senior Designer who can independently handle the complete UI design lifecycle from understanding client requirements to creating high-quality designs in Figma and converting them into responsive HTML/CSS while also being capable of producing polished, on-brand social media content and short-form video edits for client accounts. The role requires strong visual design skills, front-end knowledge, and the ability to collaborate directly with clients, development teams, and marketing leads across both product-level UI work and ongoing social content execution.

Key Responsibilities

UI Design & Front-End

  • Gather and analyze client requirements directly
  • Create wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes in Figma
  • Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces
  • Present designs to clients and manage feedback cycles
  • Ensure design approval and alignment with business goals
  • Convert approved Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS
  • Work with Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS for front-end implementation
  • Ensure pixel-perfect, cross-browser, and responsive development
  • Maintain consistency using design systems and UI guidelines
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams

Social Media & Video Content

  • Design social media graphics and post templates (carousels, static posts, story formats) based on brand guidelines and a content calendar
  • Edit short-form video content and reels for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook trimming footage, adding captions, music, transitions, and motion graphics
  • Maintain visual consistency across all posts in line with the client's brand identity
  • Turn raw footage (events, interviews, on-site recordings) into multiple short, platform-ready clips
  • Work from a content calendar/brief provided by the marketing lead, with quick turnaround on edits and revisions
  • Stay current on platform-specific trends and formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories) to keep content feeling native, not recycled

Required Skills & Qualifications

UI Design & Front-End

  • Strong experience in UI Design and Visual Design
  • Expert proficiency in Figma
  • HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and grid systems
  • Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
  • Ability to handle client communication and requirement gathering
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript

Social Media & Video

  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and/or Figma for post design
  • Hands-on video editing skills (CapCut or similar), comfortable with vertical/square formats and fast turnarounds
  • A portfolio or reel showing both static social post design and edited short-form video
  • Good eye for pacing, captions, and visual hierarchy on mobile-first content

Good to Have

  • Experience with Angular (basic level)
  • UX research and usability testing exposure
  • Motion design and micro-interactions / basic motion graphics & animation (After Effects or similar)
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise, or dashboard projects
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG)
